Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM on weekdays are typically processed and dispatched the same day. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What are your delivery charges?

UK-wide delivery is priced by total parcel weight. Brackets: 0–2 kg £3.99, 2.1–5 kg £5.99, 5.1–10 kg £8.99, 10.1–15 kg £12.99, 15.1–25 kg £16.99, 25.1–40 kg £22.99, 40.1–60 kg £29.99, 60 kg+ £39.99. We work with certified suppliers and conduct regular quality checks. All products are stored in climate-controlled facilities to maintain freshness. Frozen items are packed with ice packs during transit.

What's your return policy?

We offer refunds for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of any issues. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable items cannot be returned once opened.
