Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged during shipping
  • Wrong Items: Products that differ from what you ordered
  • Quality Issues: Products that don't meet our quality standards
  • Missing Items: Orders with missing products

Important: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened and consumed.

Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within:

  • 24 hours for fresh/frozen products
  • 7 days for non-perishable items
  • Immediately upon delivery for visible damage

Please contact us as soon as you notice any issues with your order.

Required Information

When requesting a return or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Date of delivery

This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your return request:

  • Approval: We'll review your case within 1-2 business days
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Partial Refunds: May be offered for partially affected orders

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Replacements

In many cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Same product shipped as a replacement
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Alternative product of equal value

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Products returned after the eligible timeframe
  • Items on final sale or clearance
